Today we sadly said goodbye to Fiji, a wonderful tropical country, and made our way to New Zealand. Not much is actually happening today... just catching up on laundry, e-mail and other housekeeping things... but tomorrow we will meet up with our pacific challeng group and begin our crazy outdoor advenures. (As if scuba diving with sharks isn't crazy!) I'm kinda excited. Tomorrow we will be spending the night in a Watimo village and the next day doing some blackwater rafting through some caves.
Miss you all,
Julie

Wow, off to New Zealand allready! Sounds like you are ready for a BIG adventure. Finally got some snow in Madison on Monday, 1/15/07. It was nice and fluffy and most kids and state worker had off on MLK Day. The UW students are starting to come back to Madison. They start classes next Mon. 1/22/07. Just talked to a collegue who is leaving for New Zealand next Thursday. She is very excited about it and has been planning it for a long time. You are so lucky to be travelling when you are young and carefree, for it is so much easier. Love you much,
Aunt Kathi
